Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of WE-PRO RCM Solutions LLC ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
Services
WE-PRO RCM Solutions provides medical billing, practice management, and related healthcare administrative services. Our services include but are not limited to:
- Revenue cycle management (RCM) services
- Medical billing and coding
- Practice management services
- Virtual assistance services
- BPO services
Service Fees
Service fees are determined based on the specific services provided and will be outlined in your service agreement. Fees are typically based on a percentage of collections or a fixed monthly fee, as agreed upon in your service contract.
HIPAA Compliance
Both parties agree to comply with all applicable HIPAA regulations. We will maintain appropriate safeguards to protect protected health information (PHI) and will enter into a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) as required by HIPAA.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WE-PRO RCM Solutions shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in your service contract. Upon termination, all obligations and responsibilities shall cease, except those that by their nature should survive termination.
